Refund Policy

1. The 7-day guarantee

If Bridgistic is not right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase and you receive it in full, with no questions asked. The guarantee covers the Lifetime Deal (US$29.99), the monthly plan (US$12.00) and the yearly plan (US$99.00).

Paddle is the merchant of record for Bridgistic, so Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method. The WPistic Refund Policy says refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

2. Monthly and yearly plans after 7 days

As the WPistic Refund Policy says, you can cancel a monthly plan at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prorated refunds for part of a month are generally not issued, except where the law requires it.

For the yearly plan, the WPistic Refund Policy also gives a full refund if you cancel within the first 30 days of a new annual billing cycle. After 30 days the year is non-refundable, but you can turn off renewal at any time.

3. What a refund or cancellation means for your license

A refund ends the license, and so does a cancellation once the paid period is over. We may end a license by hand after the refund or cancellation is confirmed, rather than automatically, so it is not always immediate.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or include it in your message, and tell us which purchase it is. The WPistic Refund Policy aims for a reply within 2 business days.

5. Exceptions

The exceptions in section 6 of the WPistic Refund Policy, for abuse and fraud, still apply.
