Terms of Service

Last updated 19 October 2026. Operated by WordPressistic LLC, doing business as WPistic.

These terms cover Bridgistic: the free WordPress plugin, Bridgistic Pro, the dashboard at dashboard.bridgistic.app and the optional relay at mcp.bridgistic.app. Bridgistic is a product of WordPressistic LLC, doing business as WPistic. Paid Bridgistic plans are sold and licensed through the WPistic platform, so the WPistic Terms of Service also apply. If this page and the WPistic Terms ever differ, the WPistic Terms prevail.

1. The free plugin

The Bridgistic WordPress plugin is free software, licensed GPL-2.0-or-later. You can use it without an account or a license key.

2. Bridgistic Pro plans

PlanPrice (Paddle)LicenseBilling
Bridgistic Pro, Lifetime Deal (welcome offer)US$29.991 license · 1 siteOne payment, no renewal. Offered until 31 December 2026, 23:59:59 Asia/Dhaka, limited to 100 licenses
Bridgistic Pro, monthlyUS$12.001 license · 5 sitesEvery month, renews automatically
Bridgistic Pro, yearlyUS$99.001 license · 5 sitesEvery year, renews automatically

Amounts are the prices set in Paddle. Paddle shows the final amount, including any tax it applies, before you pay. The welcome offer closes on the date above or once 100 Lifetime licenses are sold, whichever comes first. After that, only the monthly and yearly plans are offered.

What the Lifetime Deal includes

One payment, with no renewal. The Lifetime Deal includes everything in Bridgistic's paid plans, both the features offered today and those added to the paid plans in future: 1 license · 1 site.

If Bridgistic were ever discontinued, the current version would stay available on GitHub. The plugin is licensed GPL-2.0-or-later, so you keep using the copy you have. WordPressistic intends to keep building the WPistic ecosystem that Bridgistic belongs to.

3. Payment and merchant of record

Checkout is provided by Paddle. Paddle is the merchant of record for Bridgistic purchases: you buy from Paddle, Paddle takes the payment and issues the receipt, and the Paddle Buyer Terms apply to the payment. Your card or payment details go to Paddle. They are not sent to bridgistic.app or to WPistic.

The WPistic Terms (section 4) say that subscriptions are billed in advance, renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and can be cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Your license

As section 5 of the WPistic Terms describes, a paid plan gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license. It is enforced per domain: each license key can be active on a limited number of domains at a time, and you can free a slot by deactivating a site.

The WPistic license server counts only production sites against that limit. Sites it recognises as local or staging, such as localhost, .test, .local, staging. and dev. subdomains and common hosting staging domains, do not use a slot.

Lifetime Deal: 1 license · 1 site. Monthly and Yearly: 1 license · 5 sites. A site is one production site with the license activated.

When a license ends

A refund ends the license. Cancelling a monthly or yearly plan ends the license when the period you have paid for runs out, as the WPistic Terms describe. Ending a license may be processed by hand after the refund or cancellation is confirmed, so it is not always immediate.

5. Using Bridgistic with AI tools

Bridgistic lets AI assistants act on your WordPress site through keys you create, with the scopes, approvals, snapshots and audit log you configure. You decide which keys exist, what they may do and which actions need your approval. Section 9 of the WPistic Terms notes that AI-generated output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on it.

The acceptable use rules in section 6 of the WPistic Terms apply. They include not circumventing license activation limits or technical restrictions.

6. Disclaimers, liability and termination

Sections 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability) and 11 (Termination) of the WPistic Terms of Service apply to Bridgistic.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Mexico, where WordPressistic LLC is based.

8. Changes

As section 13 of the WPistic Terms says, material changes are announced by email or in the dashboard before they take effect.
